Meet the Founder

There is nothing more powerful than being given the tools to build your own destiny. It is such an exciting and fulfilling journey to be creating something that is all your own. The goal of Dainty Fire, Inc. is to give young women the knowledge and guidance they need to design their futures with confidence.

My name is Tracy Price. I’ve had many titles throughout my life, including mother, proud grandmother, serial entrepreneur, and now Founder of Dainty Fire. I have always loved pursuing my dream of entrepreneurship by creating and growing several businesses of my own. I successfully built a thriving t-shirt and uniform company that expanded over 7 years. Now, I’m using the lessons I’ve learned through my own achievements to lift up young, minority women through this transformative non-profit.

Aside from my own experience of building up businesses, I have excelled in the corporate world as a leader and innovator problem-solver. I also spent time serving my country and am now a U.S. Army Veteran. I believe in the power of education and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. The knowledge I gained and experience of working for others as well as for myself, has led me to find true purpose in Dainty Fire.

It is so exciting and rewarding to be part of someone else making their dreams a reality. From creating websites to navigating paperwork and filing documents, and even logo design, I have helped numerous business owners get their ideas off the ground. My expertise and passion for this work is what I now bring to the girls who join us at Dainty Fire. I believe young ladies deserve the opportunity to be lifted up and encouraged to chase their big goals, and we’re here to make that happen.

If you have a specialty that may be of service to these young women, we are always excited to welcome new business coaches or guest speakers to our group. Or if you would like to donate to support this mission, I encourage you to reach out and learn more. I share my vision for the future of our female leaders with anyone who is equally excited to lend a hand to raise them up. Together we can make a profound impact!
